The sales girl was very patient. I had a hard time deciding on the jewelry and she kept telling me to take my time.

I called early during the day to ask if I could exchange an item I had purchased from another location and she said yes. When I got to the store she greeted me and I told her I had called earlier to do an exchange and she knew exactly what I wanted.

Staff was very friendly, customer satisfaction was their primary concern. The manager was especially accommodating to my needs.
