As My husband and I walked in the door we were greeted at the door with water, a friendly hello/welcome and smiles. The associate Jasmine was very knowledgeable/helpful. Jasmine also had great suggestions which made me feel great about the items I purchased

The process of exchanging my purchase was very easy and fast to do. The store had the charm and bracelet I wanted. The associate who helped me was very patient and informative with my questions and did her best to help me figure out the size i needed as this purchase was a gift. I would definitely go back.

I was on vacation during my visit to this location. I live in Florida and was seeking something to remind me of my Chicago visit. My husband and I do lots of traveling and I look for charms that have the name or city I visit. This store had a nice variety of charms bearing the state and city. Other stores do not carry their state or city's logo. Need more of this because my bracelet will be my travel bracelet.
