I appreciate the efficiency of this visit. I was on my lunch break so I had a limited amount of time to shop. The associates assisted me right away and I was able to return to work on time. They were knowledgeable of the merchandise I initially wanted an Essence bracelet but I wasn't aware you can jewelry charms wouldn't fit.

Jasmine was amazing and very knowledgeable, she was extremely friendly and understood my frustration. Have been having trouble with my clasp and went to 2 stores with the original receipt and box and even went to the original store my bracelet was purchaed. They told me they adjusted the clasp but it still didn’t feel right and kept falling off. Wasn’t wearing it cuz I didn’t want to lose it
