Rizal was the salesperson who assisted me. She was very helpful in that I was looking for a gift for a friend within a certain price point. She came up with some great options. She also offered me water, and told me that I had something on my nose and gave me a Kleenex. That was so wonderful. She clearly cared about me as a person. If I lived in Chicago, I would visit that Pandora frequently.
