The two sales associates were awesome....I wish I remembered their names but they were so helpful and patient with me.

I received very good assistance from the sales person within the store. She was friendly and had good knowledge of the products. The items I was looking for were available and the store was very neat and tidy.

I had a exchange and the process was smooth.The assistant helped me pick out the correct size of my bracelet. I wish she was more friendlier but she was fine.

I LOVED IT. The lady named Joanna from the Water Tower store location. She was a nice, sweet, sincere and responsive and most of all very polite person. She made me feel even more happier about buying the ring in store than online.
