I came into Pandora looking for a gift for a friend. Serena greeted me immediately and made me feel at ease. She was able to answer my questions, and I never felt pressured.

Even though I came in for a pick up order I decided to also get more charms for my Pandora and I want rushed they let me take my time looking at the different options and informed me on different charms that they thought I would like

The entire staff was very friendly. I was offered water. The sales person was very knowledgeable of the merchandise.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered our questions about the merchandise, even offering us a bag to prevent tarnishing, something not done at another Pandora store (Mall of America). I would go back to this store except it’s too far from me.

I just came in to get my bracelets cleaned and I’m walking out where a necklace and a charm that I’ve been looking for.

First off- I received a VIP $25 dollar gift card in the mail for my birthday. That’s really amazing! I planned on going in for earrings that I had been eyeing for awhile, they were in stock and I picked out a new ring. Serena S, the sales associate was super nice but NOT pushy.

The girls working were SO friendly! My daughter is 9 and she just got her first Pandora bracelet, the sales associate made this a great experience for my daughter in helping her pick out a charm. I wish we lived closer to Chicago so we could visit this store frequently. All around great experience!
