The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products I was looking for and even shared some tips about upcoming products.

We live out of state but when we are in Chicago, we like to visit this Pandora. Excellent service.

The sales assistan was really nice and available, she even helped me choose the right fit , color, desing for me. She was really helpful, and I was given a bottle of water.

All the staff was friendly. Suggestions were made on the type of earrings I was searching for. It was very busy yet upon leaving the store more than 3 staff members said goodbye to us.

Very happy with my purchase

The store was nice & quiet. The sales associate quickly found what I wanted and got me in, out quickly. She also identified that all of my info in the "Pandora system" was out of date and not accurate so we got that all corrected.

Greeted immediately and directed to new mdse.

I like that the assistant was happy for us to browse and she didn't mind at all about pulling out so many trays for us to look at
