This was my first time at Pandora and Carole new the product well. She explained to me how to care for my bracelet and gave me different clips and charms options. She also showed me how to put them on and off the bracelet. Great customer service.

Personally selecting the charms at the store is so much easier than online. The assistant is extremely friendly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

The associate was friendly and was helpful and spent time helping us picking out the perfect bracelet and beads. Later in the day helped us with rings that we decided on.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because as soon as I walked in the store an associate asked me if I needed some water while I looked around. The person helping me had various options of the thing I was looking for. She made sure the item I purchased was perfect for the occasion.
