Went into the store when there was a promotion going on and assumed that I would be there for a while, upon walking in I put my name on a list that had about 4 people ahead of me, with in 5 minutes I was seen. I knew exactly what I wanted and the salesperson Rizal A was right on top of everything, one of the pieces she was not sure they had but she checked a couple of cases and was able to find the piece.

Cemone was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and had great customer service. She offered merchandise that will help me to keep bracelets in good condition. Monique was also a Joy to chat with.

The first sales associate I met was very helpful in answering my questions. They had a clear method on the order the customers would be helped in. The final sales associate I was assisted by worked quickly and efficiently in getting the ring I wanted and in the right size.
