Salesperson Asen B. (185566) was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Along with my purchase, I got my bracelet cleaned. After cleaning, he went over and beyond to rearrange my charms for a better looking bracelet. He was wonderful!

Great customer service

I was highly satisfied with my visit at the pandora in the water tower. Alexis K was very friendly and made me felt at home. Alexis show me charms that look nice on the leather bracelet and she remember me from my last visit with my niece and granddaughter which made me really felt good because a lot of customers come to that pandora. She explain to me the do and don't on how to take care of my items that I brought. What was on sale and what they didn't have in stock. The store was clean, everything was in its place. It wasn't dirty nor was the counter case you could see perfectly clear through the glass. Every associates was nice and friendly offer me water to drink as I was doing my shopping. She knew her stuff on every single item I asked for. The new books was out on display.

The workers were very friendly. In other words, they helped me out selecting a good gift for my mom: a bracelet. As soon I was done buying the gift, they offered me treats as well. Pandora was a great store to shop.

All the girls were lovely and helpful. Very friendly and professional. One gal offered me a bottle of water, the other put my name in for a raffle prize. I love this store!!! The fall decorations on the windows looked great too.
