I've never purchased any merchandise from Pandora, the associate made me feel welcomed, offered me bottle of water, was very patience. and offered any sales or discounts available. I felt special. i had some money to spend on myself, and i immediately wanted a bracelet. Its so pretty and I will treasure and take good care of it.

This location is my go to store the associates are always polite professional and cheerful and they get me in and get me out.

The interaction with sales associate Silvia, was so easy. Each associate was able to give us encouraging comments when needed. Experience was great.

I was able to get what I was looking for quickly and sales lady was helpful. She was very patient. And let me try on different options before making my purchase.

Me and three friends were traveling and visited your Chicago store. We truly appreciated the bottles of water they gave us! Such a nice surprise. I don't own any Pandora jewelry but my mom, sister and nieces owns loads of it. I wanted to look at the princess crown I'd been seeing on TV. I loved it and bought it - a rare splurge for me. I am so enamored with it!

The quality of customer service was amazing. Everyone was nice, and had a good attitude while helping me with my purchase. I feel extremely comfortable in this store.
