Had an amazing sale associate very friendly and super informative l. Went above and beyond for me ! Her name was Xaryana M.

Ana B 175943 was very nice. She took her time in showing me all the combinations that I can add to my bracelet, mixing both rose gold and silver. She took out may charms and showed me how to place them also how to clean them.

I was not expecting to make a purchase I was only browsing. The associate at the door asked for my name i didnt want to give it but he mentioned if there is something you might want to ask or see i will put your name just in case. i said ok. When it was my turn i said let me just ask a question regarding a previous purchase and Alexis took care of me. She was so friendly and made conversation and showed me charms that i ended up buying without having the intention! She really made a great sale and cleaned my bracelet again without my asking!

I received a pandora charm bracelet as a gift, but the style of the bracelet wasn’t really what I would pick for myself. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to exchange the gift but was happily surprised when Xaryana confirmed that I could and then spent significant time helping me pick out jewelry (I ended up getting 6 rings). She was very patient and knowledgeable about the products available, offering advice along the way.
