I purchased earrings that I wanted and I absolutely love them

My experience was great , I just placed a order today for pick up tomorrow. But I would like to say I have three of the same bracelets that are broke and I hate that I can’t return them. and two rings as well, I’ve been a customer from the day you guys open. Your policy isn’t the same anymore. And you really grown , I feel it’s a shame you changed your policy . But it’s the only jewelry I wear besides Tiffany. Thanks for l allowing me give you my feedback.

When I called to check for a few items my sales associate Ana was so pleasant and helpful and even more friendly when I arrived after she gave me a courtesy call. The associate that assisted me was also pleasant and helpful. My original associate was with another Custer but still assisted with my visit.

It's a amazing store for gifts and the collections are wonderful , also it's very convenient.
