I spoke with Alexis before coming to the store and she was so pleasant, her voice was friendly and welcoming. Once I got to the store the young lady that assisted me was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't make me feel rushed.

The sales associate, Alexis was amazing in that she is very knowledgeable about the products and helped me make up my undecided mind. Due to Covid, she was unable to clean my jewelry but wrote out specific instructions for me on how to clean them using the jewelry care kit which I also purchased.

My experience was great because of Tyne Emery. She was the best sales associate I have every dealt with. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to speak with. I would visit your store and day. Thank you
