Everything was organized I was able to find everything I needed plus more and I had fun shopping for charms for my pandora bracelet. Also, one of the associates told me to not keep one of my charms I bought from a third party on there because it was going to break my bracelet and let me decide if I wanted to take it off and I said yes and I felt that was very helpful

Xaryanna who was my sales associate while at my visit at this pandora was fantastic. I was visiting from out of town and she along with the other staff treated me with the utmost respect and made my visit 1000 times better. I will definitely return to the pandora when I return to the city of Chicago again.

I never been in a pandora store and the sales rep locked eyes with me tight then in there I knew I had to go into the store the young lady customer service was excellent she help me pick out one three charms and I end up getting a bracelet.

I previously went to a different pandora before coming to this one. They didn’t have much of anything meaning they had very few items to select from. Whereas this pandora had more than enough items to select from I’ll definitely be coming back.
