I came in and spoke with the Specialist that I purchased with yesterday, about a month prior. Serena was outstanding when I came in, and took the time to thoroughly explain the product, so that I wasn’t too overwhelmed. Although there was a short wait time because of holiday shoppers, Serena apologized for the wait, and picked up right where we left off. I was really impressed with Serena’s recollection of what we discussed previously, and I left getting exactly what I came for.

I brought my 8-year-old grand daughter in to pick out a charm for her bracelet. The associate was so kind and helpful and she also showed my grand daughter how someone can read a person's life just from the charms they pick. I also brought 2 charms and a stopper from my mom who passed away recently. The associate made sure those had a special place on my grand daughter's bracelet; brought me to tears. Well done!
