Associate at the Water Tower location was very helpful and patient with me. I truly appreciate her and she definitely deserves a raise. She helped me find the perfect charm for my girlfriend while I was in a hurry. I’ll definitely be visiting this location more often and hope that she is there to help Me again! Oh and her name is started with an X (Xayana I believe?)

Anna made it an absolutely great experience. We went to a pandora on michigan ave and we got no assistance at all, employees were also rude. We decided to leave and take our business to Pandora at the Water Tower. Anna made it the best experience!
