Tyesha was amazing and so respectful. She honored what I was looking for in a bracelet, and even gave me various options along with a selected amount of charms.

I was satisfied with the quickness of employees, greeted us as soon as we walked in. She was very helpful and super polite even asked her for some opinions on a few rings.

Let me just start off by saying that the customer service is one of the key aspects that an either make a break a relationship between an associate and customer. It was very high quality of service. There were no issues when it come to the needs and wants. I know it can be very difficult to make a decision as a customer when you see so many nice tings, but you're not trying to buy everything. The associate I had was Xaryana. She was very nice and respectful. She gave positive input and not once did I see discomfort or a negative attitude. She was very aware of the details of every product and knowledgeable in every aspect of the company. As a customer I was very satisfied with my visit and will probably be making another visit to this location. I have a few more locations by may home, but this one has great service.

Tyesha N was very helpful and friendly. We was able to find the bracelet we was looking for and also get the brackets we brought in clean in a timely matter. She also recommended ideas for charms for the bracelets that didn’t have any. Will return soon
