I must admit this was a very pleasant experience. My birthday was April 27th and my fiancé was in the hospital in Nashville and I'm currently working in Atlanta on furlough. My finance called the Mall of Georgia Pandora store to place an order and he was met with a recording consisting of: "no one is available to take you call please leave your name and number and we will return your call" this was on April 20th starting at 10am. Called again over the next several days to the same message. Still waiting on that return call to which we both left messages, resulting in not being able to shop the promoting that was currently running free bangle event. My finance was super upset that now it is May 1 and I was in Chicago he asked that I go to the WaterTower Pandora to make the purchase, it was a wonderful experience! However, the fact remains that you almost lost a high value customer my fiancé who loves to buy me Pandora. Pandora needs to address the fact the recording was on for several days during business hours and never returned a call, I ask is this the way your company want to be represented?

I love Pandora , and if one Pandora don’t have the charms or bracelets I’m looking for I will trace to where it’s needed to get what I’m looking for and or order it if I have to
