I was there, not so much for Christmas, was there to cheer- up my mother who fell, and injured herself really bad. The sells clerk was very good 👍 👌 at her job!! Thanks she was wonderful.

This is the first time I was the only customer in the store.

Treasure was our associate and she did not rush us even though we were the last in the store and didnt even realize it. Truly appreciate the patience.

The service was great and the staff know the merchandise.

I'm highly satisfied with my experience at the Water Tower Pandora store. I called first and spoke with Serena about a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. Serena was very friendly on the phone and answered all my questions about a charm bracelet. I stopped by the store the same day. Serena remembered me and was extremely helpful. She assisted me in personalizing my gift and made my shopping experience very enjoyable. Serena is great and I will definitely request her assistance in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at this pandora location. I was looking for a new charm to add to my charm bracelet and Paras was very helpful in helping me find the right one. He showed me several different trays of charms and helped me narrow down my choice in a speedy but thorough fashion. Paras was very nice and very funny and friendly. He made the experience fun and easy. He is a great associate.

Sale rep was very helpful and engaging. 10/10 to Joanna (i think that was her name) We were assisted upon entering the store no wait at all. Made sure we took advantage of deals that were offered.

It’s was busy but they employees still noticed us when we walked in the store. The lady that helped us was super nice and friendly. I will be returning real soon
