The lady who helped me was very patient and helpful with my lack of jewelry knowledge. The store environment was very nice and well-presented. The entire team did a great job.

The reps are very friendly and helpful. I thought I lost my charm and almost everyone stopped to help look for it. When leaving they took my number just in case it was found but I found it at home and called back to let them know.

First off this was my first time visiting a Pandora store and I never had anything from this establishment. A very nice young lady name Tyesha (sales person number No.197797) was very helpful and patient with everything and answered all of my questions with no problem and I ended up purchasing two bracelets and two charms. My first experience was great thanks to her.
