My sales associate was kind and pleasant to work with she had a great personality and sense of humor. I came in knowing what I wanted to get and she helped me fast and efficiently! I forgot her name unfortunately but she is doing an amazing job!!!

I walked in and was helped immediately. I described what I had in mind to the sales associate, because I knew what I was looking for, however didn’t have a picture. She knew exactly what I was talking about, and was actually wearing the same exact ring I described. She was so nice, and so professional. I did not feel rushed. Very happy with this experience.

The staff and overall experience was super great! We were greeted almost right away when walking into the store despite it being decently busy. We also didn't know the exact name of the collection we were looking for, as we saw it advertised in the mall and decided to check it out. The sales associate we were working with found us the collection we were looking for by asking questions and even recommended charms outside of that collection as well.

My boyfriend and I originally came in to Pandora to replace my damaged ring. We ended up buying his mother some charms for her bracelet as a birthday gift. Liliana S was super helpful.
