I went to the store for an exchange. It was for an online order, my rings were too small. Izzy helped me find my ring size.

The sales associate was engaging and helpful. She was also knowledgeable in the merchandise.

I only put not likely to returning to this location in 90days because I am from Michigan and we were just on vacation! But if I know anyone going to Chicago I will definitely send them that way!

The Water Tower Place Pandora is always clean, organized, spacious, and full of friendly, knowledgeable staff. This is my personal favorite location because I know they’ll have a greater vibe and selection of items than another location I’ve visited. My only complaint is the Student Beans policy (some associates accept the 10% off for students and others don’t).

I like the service from the employees very friendly and give good advice!
