I had the pleasure of speaking with Tanisha & I gotta say she’s the SWEETEST. I enjoyed every moment talking to her, she was super helpful. She helped me purchase a ring I wanted & even convinced to purchase another so I can get a free bracelet. Most times when I go to Pandora I usually get bad experiences because the sales associates are always rude or like to mean mug, but Tanisha genuinely made me wanna come back soon just to go make another purchase with her.

I was highly impressed with the customer service. The associates moved fast & knew so much about the products. The store was also very clean.

1) the sales assistants were wonderful 2) we asked about merchandise that we had picked from catalog and they knew them and provided them perfectly 3) the store was not busy
