Went to buy a birthday gift for my brothers girlfriend. Lilian helped me showing the rings. My brother just sent me the size for the ring.

Raven was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped me pick out a necklace for my daughter’s wedding. She was wonderful and made it so easy.

The Sales Associate was pleasant and knowledgeable about the merchandise! She was able to make recommendations concerning the merchandise!

I stopped by to have my bracelets cleaned, and associate Paras was so kind and helpful. I can't speak highly enough of his attentiveness. I wasn't planning on making a purchase, but with his attention, did find a lovely charm.

The staff is extremely well-trained in all aspects of the merchandise and the retail process. Alyssa assisted me and it's always been a pleasure interacting with her. Ty, Izzy and all the associates always greet me with huge smiles!

The staff at the store in the Water Tower Mall were amazing! I had purchased a ring from a store that sells Pandora, not a Pandora store, and they did everything they could to help track down my receipt and allow me to make the exchange. They also told me about a special they were having on a necklace and earring set. It was so beautiful and a great deal that I had to purchase it!

I was able to get in and out in a timely manner. The sales associate was knowledgeable. The sales associate was able to resolve my issue.
