Had 10% discount and she only applied 5% and I told her again and she kept it at 5% discount. Need to speak to someone else about this and would like my adjustment.

The sales associate did not measure my finger nor did they inform me that I needed to go up in a size if I was stacking my rings. My finger swelled and had a reaction to the Jewelry.I ended up in the ER and they had to cut the rings off. Before going to the ER I went back to the Pandora store that sold me the rings. They told me there was "nothing they could do." I probably will never shop at Pandora again.

My sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. She found what I was looking for right away and picked out the pergfect size. The transaction went quickly and smoothly.

The sales associate was too personal. Asking my boyfriend if the gift was for me and then when he said yes she commented that she figured he would just surprise me instead as he had me in the store to pick out my gift. Also she did not clearly show me how to clamp and unclamp the bracelet but was very pushy on us purchasing additional products. Then the interaction with her was slightly “flat”. Recommend a more enthusiastic demeanor and less judgmental to make customers comfortable.

I went into thiz particular Pandora due to the fact that ther purchase I made at Water Tower, that Pandora did not carry the charm I wanted. So when I went to this particular store I could tell that it was disorganized. The two women that were checking us in didn't even check me and my friend in and I specifically told her I was specifically looking for a specific charm while my friend was given a wrong charm and was trying to switch it out for the right charm. I stood there waiting to be helped while the people coming in after me were getting helped. I tried to explain that to the lady at the counter a s.s zhe kept telling me to check in w the lady when I did already. After is was all said and done... 1. Didn't even look me up for my warranty (I had to ask) 2. Had the nerve to ask me did I want a bag? (I didn't have my bracelet w me for me to put the charm on, so she was expecting me to walk out with the charm in my hand??? To the cutting of eyes and her smart aleck remarks. This had to be the worst experience that I have ever had. Never will I come back!

I went in to exchange 3 of the 4 charms that I got for Christmas. The associate would not let me walk around the store. She made me feel like I needed to know what I wanted to exchange for before I visited the store. She handed me a catalog and told me to look thru this. I was so aggravated that I ended up returning 2 of the charms completely and just exchanging the 3rd one for another. I didn't realize till she was done with the transaction that it was the sample charm she was selling me. I would never have taken the last one because they are always slightly damaged. I have never felt so rushed or hurried out of a Pandora store in my life.

the salesperson had no idea where things were or anything ab0ut the products. The person who rang us up also didn’t know h0w to do that job. It was very frustrating.

I was exchanging 2 bracelets that was bought online and the sales associate attitude was terrible she acted as if she didn’t want to service me and she also wasn’t to helpful in helping with my exchange so another associate took over to assist me. This was very disappointing to me seeing as tho i am a frequent shopper with you guys but now I’m really detoured because of this experience

I was in the store on July 3, and purchased merchandise and got the promotional item of a leather bracelet. I returned on July 5th to exchange the bracelet from my purchase on July 3. On July 5th I purchased 195.00 dollars worth of merchandise and Linda the sales agent forgot to give me my promotional item. I left the store and returned about 20 minutes later to complain and I was given my promotional item. To me this was poor service grant you the store became crowded but she was not even attentive enough to honor the promotion of your store....and that stinks up to high heaven in the last couple of months I have spent over 800.00 to 900.00 dollars on your merchandise.

The sales associate was very rude. I asked for some assistance on returning an item, and she did not give me any options. Just plain out gave me an answer that I the owner of the jewelry could not return this jewelry because I didn’t have a recitp. Through the whole other exchange for another size ring the associate was just very rude. She grabbed my recitp out of my purse laying on the counter. Just rude and unprofessional.
