When trying on bracelets, the sales associate kept making scratches on the bracelet when she was removing the clip. I asked for one without a scratch when purchasing, and she showed me a brand new one. Then while I was getting my wallet, she switched my merchandise to the scratched up one while pretending to make sure she was giving me the right size.

The charms were presented as a group of 3 with a price for 3. They could have been purchased separately but that was not explained or offered to us as an option. Very deceiving we realized. Then when she ran my credit card, the machine froze for at least 20 minutes so the receipt had to be emailed to me. We were disappointed.

Found a ring I loved. Did not have it in my size. Come to find out after looking online, the ring, or any of my other choices for a ring, don't come in my size. No size 8 in any of the rings I liked, looked at about seven different options. Very disappointing.

I Order a charm and a charm bracelet! When I got the package there was no bracelet but 2 charms. I called costumer service they told me to go into a Pandora store ! And they said they couldn’t help me made me feel like I was telling them lies ! Had to buy a whole new bracelet and then they said I had to send my charms back ? I don’t understand why

I bought a charm for my bracelet while in Chicago. Although the associate was nice, I feel like I was lied to. I was told the charm was 85$ and I saw the book, it was 65$. Please correct me if I was wrong I’d love to hear back! The associate quickly put the book back when I asked. I then paid and she said have a nice day… I then said, “where’s my charm” she acted like I was lying too her about not having my charm. She then went to look for us and eventually found it. It was a very weird experience and I feel like I was wronged and would love to hear back!

Shopping in the Chicago Ridge Mall. It was at closing the sales associate who helped me acted as if he had no knowledge of the product. I asked for the link bracelet he never gave me any information about it, he just proceeded to show me how to put the links on. After changing my mind on that one the next bracelet I chose he had a hard time putting it on my wrist, when I told him I was right handed but I wore my bracelets on my right wrist would I have a problem getting it on an off , I was informed no. So I purchased the bracelet never one time did the sales associate recommend that I try to debit in the store he just proceeded to ring me up. Needless to say I struggled with getting the bracelet off. Had to go to a different store to exchange it found out that he rang me up for the wrong size bracelet. I was very disappointed in my service at that location. I will continue to make me purchases in the downtown area.

Felt rushed and pressured to make my choice. Would rather just order online to avoid any negative looks/stares. Always feel treated differently than other customers too at this location.

From the beginning of my visit I walked in and there's like six ladies standing behind the counter and they're looking at me and then eventually someone said hello what you need. After that one helped me look for a charm and she was tapping her fingers on the glass with her long nails and then made a comment about her other coworker being in the bathroom when asked where she was and giggled. Then huffed when I wanted see another charm.
