While I understand that the employees at Pandora work with commission, that should not reflect how they treat the customers. When I asked for the clearance tray the associate became immediately disinterested in me and it showed in her face and attitude.

When I went into the store, clearly there are no enough sales person available. But this was fine. Then there was this salesperson who was showing me the merchandises. She seemed to be very ignorant and didn't really care about my experiences at all. She was sluggish and didn't seem to be willing at all to help me with purchasing the items that I wanted. Anyway she was just cold and indifferent with me.

She tried to sell me something i didn`t Ask for. Another customer came in and she got a bottle of water and nobody asked me if I wanted. I didn`t feel good enough. And her attention was about everything else than me

I was not attended for at least 15 mins after being in the store. Then, I wanted a specific charm and they automatically told me they did not have it in that store and that it was sold out. The lady said that she could not even order it or get it to me from another store. However, I recommended to check the back in case there were some and there she found the charm I was looking for. All she needed was to double check instead of giving me snarky looks and a bad attitude.

A special order item was delayed and no one notified me of the problem. Had I not called, the situation would have been ignored indefinitely. Definitely not an acceptable business practice.

I wasn’t able to exchange my Christmas gift for something I wanted because my gift was ordered online.

The wait was extremely long because there weren’t enough employees consulting costumers. A few employees were arguing with each other or talking about each other in frount of costumers including me. During check out the manager started complaining about an employee and and employee left looking very unhappy. Very unprofessional.

Upon leaving this Pandora location, we were of the opinion that this associate was disinterested in providing excellent customer service. We felt that she was apathetic and was only interested in making a sale and getting us out the door. We shop at a number of Pandora stores but will not be returning to this location.

While visiting this store from out of town, I was looking for a Chicago charm. The sales lady threw the box of charms at me, pointed to them and then kept sighing as she waited for me to choose. Then, when she passed me to the person who completed the transaction it only got worse.

When I asked if they had a certain charm I Was showed them and then it sales assistance walked away. I had to ask a different assistance the price and then she walked away. Then when I was ready to make the purchase a third sales asstence helped me. No sales assistance wanted to stay and help me. I should have just walked out and took my busy to another store.
