I was looking at the charms and I couldn’t see the top row like I wanted to do I tried to turn the try around so I can get a better look and she put her hand in the tray as if I was going to steal. I got charged for a bag that I didn’t get because I got my charms placed on my bracelet in the store

I didn't like the person who attended me. I feel as if they were rude, as they didn't take into consideration that I could be a customer. Only until my guardian said it was for me, did they think that I could have been the one the purchase was for.

The wait time was terrible.I went to the store when it opened and the staff were rude, slow moving. I do not want to visit this store again

I was very excited to come into the store, I was greeted nicely by the employee but as soon as it came time to showing the products she seemed bothered. She didn’t know about their own product as when I asked about a certain piece, she said no and as soon as she said that we found the piece we were looking for. We proceeded to ask about other products and she cut us off really quick and told us no that they had it at another location. Which was not true because I have been to other places were they have showed us this product with no problem. It just felt like the associate did not know what products were offered. I just feel that other locations have given a way better experience, and this was not it.

Sales associate was not knowledgeable on products, price, etc. Was not personable. Hovered way too much. Other sales associate and customers she was helping took over the space I was in first while waiting for associate to take out jewelry to view. No social distancing, no manners. Really put a bad taste in my mouth and irritated while shopping

Sales associate at your north Michigan ave store was very rude and was not helpful in finding my ring I was hoping for. Overall demeanor was non enthusiastic and seemed very irritable

The saleswoman was not very nice, she pushed us to buy aggressively despite our refusal several times. She did not let us go around the store. She was even more uncomfortable from the moment we told her we were only looking for a charms and nothing else.

The sales associate seemed uninterested in assisting me. She seemed like she wasn’t paying attention when I asked a question. She didn’t tell me about any new charms or give insight on anything.

There were sales people standing around, while I waited in the queue. Actually, one held the clipboard for a number of minutes. The associate I received had no idea where the item I wanted was located, but luckily, it was in the display. After I told her where it was, she gave me the one in the display. (After whispering to at least two colleagues on her way back to me.) She then told me to go stand in line so I could pay. Really? Two lines? It wasn't free, or even on sale. So, I waited again. (The line was ridiculously slow while associates tried to figure out what to do. I sincerely hope it was their first week.) Then, when paying, the associate had no idea how to ring it up. She had to step away at least twice, did not apologize for her incompetence (neither did the first) and was rather disrespectful both in tone and in demeanor. I have purchased thousands of dollars at Pandora, but will never return to this store and will seriously contemplate any further purchases if this is the new model for customer service.
