The sales associate did not seem to want to help me. She had an attitude when I asked to see multiple rings. She did not size me, she just guessed my size and it happened to fit on the finger I wanted it on. It was my worst experience yet at a Pandora.

Associate seemed bothered to take care of the customer(I). Felt like she profiled me based on what I was wearing(very casual) not very friendly I kept wanting to see merchandise and she seemed bother about the fact that she had to keep taking out product

The salesclerk was very bad. Not friendly and I did not feel comfortable to see the products I would like to. He made me feel that I was bothering him. I felt pressed to choose the few charms he showed me because he was not willing to show me all the options. I ended up looking into the catalog and chose from there. Bad experience. I have been to other Pandora stores and I know it is not how it usually is. I had very good experiences before. Can't say that this time. Unfortunately.

My daughter and I stood in the store for at least 10 minutes before a sales associate told us to sign in. Associate who serviced us was fine but never said thank you at the end of the sale I said is that it he kinda mumbled and shook his head at the same timeplus never got a thank you have a good day nothing

It seems that when my turn finally came yo get help from an associate, she seemed to be very disinterested, bored with helping me when I showed her copy of bracelets I was interested in which all were under $65..i got one word answers, and seemed to be putting her out of her way when I asked to see addtl bracelets same price..i had a budget in mind, and it seems she was not impressed with it. Not rude, just not interested in pleasing me.

They weren't even busy And still had to wait. They said something about the Santa line outside the store. Which has nothing to do with Pandora.

I have visited this place like three times in less than a year. They never have any good selection. What I do ask for they never have always out. When they clean my jewelry it’s always fast with a cheap job done. It’s not cleaned right. Bad service. You never got a birthday discount. Or nothing so why sign up and give your email for it. I have had an acct with pandora for going on ten years . This place at the water tower in Chicago sucks
