Was not satisfied at all with how my jewelry was not fully cleaned. Had to tell the associate to polish the jewelry. Was not at all happy with how my jewelry was placed in a small bag. My bracelet was not inside a Pandora box and my charms were not individually placed in small boxes. Everything was wrapped together in tissue paper and put in a small box. I will never go back to that store in downtown Chicago. I will go back to the stores inside a mall.

Takes too long for service. Plenty of associates standing around.

Dissatisfied that unable to use 19% welcome discount. Made online purchase post visit, and still unable to use. Misrepresentation.

I visited for curbside and was there for an hour before someone came down. I gave the item numbers and when I got there it wasn’t what I ordered making me wait longer

The assistant did what she had to do. Nothing more. Nothing less. I did not find her very friendly. No smile. No real communication.

First of all when I walked in there were 3 employees, none of them greed me in. Secondly, I asked for help they did not looked at me, I had to go in front of them so they can pay attention to me. When I finally talked to someone she transfer me to his colleague for I don't know what reason. I asked to see their charms he only showed me the first one on the top when I know they have a lot of them. Finally I went on the website and asked him for a particular one because I would not show it to me. I love the charm, but the customer service was horrible.. I've been to multiple Pandora in my life all around the world but this one in Chicago was terrible.

The overall feeling of walking into an empty store with more than 4 employees standing there and not acknowledging when someone walks in felt awkward. After browsing the counters and clearly asking for help but the sales persons not feeling friendly and makes buyers feel like it’s an inconvience to the sales person
