I bought a charm as a gift, myself I feel that it is way over priced

The associate had to look up my name three times because she kept changing the spelling of my name after i entered it into the ipad. Not a big deal, just an annoyance.

My charm bracelet is a bit too loose. I don’t want it to be too tight but at least a little loose

It was fine, but did not recinot be the cleaning cloth the sales person said was put in my bag.

I as told one price for a ring and then when sales associate looked it up she was off by $15. Did not appreciate that. I still bought the ring but should have gotten it for the price I was quoted originally
