1: parking is difficult in that area 2: i later found out online and not throufh the sales associate i worked with that with my purchase i got a discount towards a floral arrangement. That seems like something associates should push less than two weeks before valentines day.

The sales person knowledge of the product. As well as the suggestion she made regarding the color of charms that would look great with the navy leather bracelet. She suggested the gold charms, the gold charms are perfect.

Waiting time was long

the wait was long. they didn't even offer water.

Upon receiving my merchandise item, I was kind of disappointed because I assumed the item was bigger than it appeared to be.

The experience was long. It started at 8:45a.m. and I didn't get helped until, 9:30. Thats entirely too long.

I was highly satisfied thats what im sayin the service was awesome and the workers was friendly with a smile

I would have liked having the sales associate explain the pieces of jewelry I was looking at rather than hand it to me without saying a word

There was an incidents with the sales associate making two transactions on my debit card instead of one.
