Wen in specifically for the window sign promotion of free bangle with purchase. I purchased 2 chrms for my daughter's necklace and got the bangle. However, got the generic bangle as you were out of the fancy clasp bangle. Had I known that, I would have gone to another store. Or only purchased the 1 charm. But since my daughter was with and picked out 2, did not want an upset 10 year old if I only got the 1 when I told her to get 2.

They were nice when returning the merchandise. Very helpful with us. Great customer service.

One of the salesman gave me a ugly look and very rude to me. Luckily, other salesmans are very nice but I think I'm not going to go back to this Pandora shop again if I see that rude and mean salesman in the shop.

Not knowable of prices we were put of town visiting city

Some of the charms and clips I wanted where not in stock. I know it happens but I was disappointed. I am most sadden and disappointed that the I Love Music dangle charm is discontinued!!! Who makes the decisions?!?!? Also, as an US Army veteran, I am shocked at the lack of military/veteran representation in the charms. Also, I would adore seeing more diversity in ethnic pride. Perhaps flags for different countries. I know the globe with live on is huge...everyone has an opinion but I look forward to seeing more diversity regarding ethnic pride, girl power and strength of women.

Variety extremely limited unless you are into glitz and bling.
