I came in with my friend. Her sales associate offered her bottled water, whereas mine didn’t.

The representative offered to much I didn’t need

I called the store to put a few charms on HOLD until I could pick them up. I spoke with LaToya who was amazingly polite, efficient, professional and organized. When I went to pick them up, they were carefully set aside and another associate even knew of my ON-HOLD items. Nice. I ended up buying a few more charms and as always, was delighted with this store&staff!

Friendly and professional

I don't live in the area so would not be applicable to return to the store. Service was adequate but not overly friendly or welcoming. I arrived 10 minutes early- before opening- but still store was a couple minutes late opening- yet they know I was there and acknowledged my presence outside the store. The sales professional did find me exactly what I wanted- and I am grateful, but did not seem eager to do so, and barely said goodbye after the purchase was made. My thought was to go to the store on Michigan avenue if in Chicago next time- not this store in Water Tower.

I mean, it was great. I would just prefer more options. Like a lot of the rings were more promise cutesy things and I'd like a lot more sophisticated options that don't feel as child-like.

No one or no place is perfect.. In providing customer service there is always room to improve and become better.. in Product design, availability ava presentation...

Some charms didn’t fit my rose gold bracelet and not too many charms to choose from.
