I was looking for 2 charms, one was a friendship dangle that they didn’t have. The other charm was a butterfly which they did have in pink but the color I wanted was purple. So I decided to purchase the butterfly anyways and picked another charm. But they didn’t have the second charm which was the radiant heart so I picked the third time a forever friends dangle that they did have.

I was encouraged to open a Pandora credit card and will get 10% off the purchase once the card was approved, however I did not get the discount and the credit card statement did not show the ten percent. It's a hassle that I have to go back to the store and get it resolve.

The first store in water tower, Chicago that we went to, the associate was wonderful. He knew what my daughter was looking for and was very helpful. The second store on Michigan ave, the associate was not real helpful and almost seemed annoyed at the fact that we didn’t know a lot about the bracelets. My daughter had just purchased her first bracelet the day before I’m Watertower place. The associate was not necessarily helpful with finding charms that we were asking about. She would pull a tray out and then if we wanted to see something else, she quickly put that tray away to get a different one when we weren’t necessarily done looking at that one. It was just a very different attitude than we previously had at the other store.

Due to the service that was rendered in the store, I feel the charms could be a little more cheaper. And sales should be available not just on Mother’s Day, valentine and Christmas. Need to have more free gifts at this location. Every time I come. There out of jewelry boxes

Came into the store and everyone was nice and smiling. It was very welcoming and I got the help that I needed

The selection is charms is limited, duplicative, overpriced, and uncomfortable.

I was just looking for a certain charm which was the radiant multicolor heart. They had it but it wasnt the multicolor. Not that I wasnt satisfied but I am glad with the other charms I was able to get that was on my list.

I was satisfied with everything the only reason I wouldn't return in 90 days is because I was visiting from out of town

The sales clerk was very nice . The store was clean and they had everything I wanted. The salsa associate was well aware of the merchant.
