I didn't visit the store I did online order and everthing went smooth

The sales associate was very helpful.

Didn’t have the 2 items I was looking for. Was told they were retired. The free bracelet that was advertised, the store train out and I had to pay the difference for another bracelet

1st associate lacked personality

We walked into the store ready to purchase a Chicago charm since I was visiting Chicago. One sales associate was helping a customer and the few others that were standing around just looked at me and said nothing. I had to ask for help and felt as if I was bothering them. I had walked 20 minutes to get to this store and really should have walked out but I will not be back in Chicago for several months,

Sales guy was ringing up purchase! He was very nice. Evidently he enter my purchase wrong, really don't know. But the problem was when the manager/supervisor came to assist. She said to him in front of me, You need to go back to training. That was so tacky, to me and embarrassing to him. She could have waited and spoke to him privately!

The selection was limited.
