New refund and exchange policy alothough I don’t plan to return the items to wait 30 days for a refund is too long

Because my bracelet was tarnished and I only had it for about eight or nine months and I thought none of Pandora bracelets turn black.

This store does not have a lot to choose from when coming to the the charms and out of stock on a lot of items in my opinions and visits to the store. Which I think the online has more to choose from which can be bad when u do not know if the charm will fit the bracelet and especially if you are new to pandora merchandise buying yea it can be disappointing

The service was great. I just did not like the push of purchasing additional merchandise at this time when I came prepared of what I wanted to purchase for myself and my mom.

There wasn’t really any issues beside the fact that my $10 off coupon (from a previous purchase) wasn’t accommodated after being told that “Due to the pandemic & closing of stores, no matter when I returned, I’ll still be able to use my coupon whenever the stores reopened!” It was told to me by a manager at the store but the supervisor working this specific day said other wise...(Other than that, everything was fine, no biggie!!!)

The service was marvelous,nice employees, fast,very helpful! Showing & telling me about the options I have.

i don't think I heard music playing. I do think some of the charms were overly price. second visit to this store was very clean

I think the prices are too high. I think they should lower the prices

There are no charms for brothers... I wanted a charm for my brother who passed away and pandora didn’t have any.
