My experience was much better than it was last week. Although I Love Pandora’s jewelry, it is way too expensive, and I’ve spent way too much money over this year alone, to have problems returning or exchanging items.

We just started our roadtrip on the Historical Route_66. I was looking for a Route_66 charm to my collection. The shopassistant didn't know, is it existing or not. I bought a Chicago charm, it is very nice.

During my visit at this Pandora inside the Water Tower I noticed that me and my sister were waiting too long because apparently the associate was asked if she “wanted” to take us next and she refused to. I’m not accusing anyone of being racist but come on!? Everything I come to this Pandora early am, I only get serviced by a black person which is overly wack and unprofessional to me. I didn’t speak up because I had my son with me and I didn’t want to address the situation in front of him but now I hesitate to even shop at this Pandora. It is extremely disturbing that I witnessed with my own two eyes the team member at the front ask another member to take us and she shook her head NO. I will never respect them. They can’t even talk to me. I’ll rather be assisted by someone who wants to assist me anyway. I work as hard as everyone that comes into that store to buy something and I ALWAYS spend CASH OR USE DEBIT! I think their customer service is beyond horrible and anyone who isn’t comfortable with giving the same effort 100% to a black women as well as any other race shouldn’t be working there.I don’t mind getting serviced by my own I just don’t like that it’s forced.

I was at the kiosk looking at Christmas bracelets. The associate showed me another bracelet that was made up for a bracelet that was no longer in stock but wouldn’t honor the same price.

My sales associate, Devendra T. was amazing!! Great Customer Service and wonderful disposition!! The Manager, however, was not. She made me feel uncomfortable. I have been a customer at the Pandora Store in Water Tower Place for quite a while but I've never been stereotyped. Maybe the Manager thought I was up to something" because my sales associate was laughing and talking to while putting my NEW charms on my bracelets. She lurked around quite awhile. As a customer of African American decent, I was appalled. I had just spent over $200.00 dollars there yesterday and to be watched like was a criminal was very upsetting. I feel that you should look into her behavior. I didn't get the name of the Manager but I did appreciate being treated like a valued customer by Deyanira T.
