Nice store great customer service

There was a long line and I was skipped while waiting, causing me to wait without being assisted for over 20 minutes after having waited in line to get in the store.

There weren’t any promotions

i have broked leather bracelet and the dont helpme to fix the problem

I was told to stand outside the store when arrived, which is understandable. When a customer left out I was told to step in only to wait about 15 more minutes. A sales associate was giving me unprofessional looks as I was waiting. I should not have to feel uncomfortable in a place I'm spending my money. She had on black and white strapped pants with a blonde ponytail. My sales associate was black and she seemed as if she was rushing me and didn't have any patients with me.

When me and my boyfriend first approached the counter to see the selections for mother days. The employee asked us if we were ready to buy anything and I told her we would need a min cause this was our first time here. She then says with so much anger and sas that if we don’t pick something right away we would have to get back in line. So we honestly felt rushed to pick out our mother days gifts. Everything else was wonderful and I completely understand the store was busy and especially cause it’s mother day weekend

Limited sales Associate, don’t move as quickly to help the next person, when done with previous persons, not so friendly when they do approach u, and so in a hurry to rush u to get to the next customer, sales Associate never pitch the sale or items or promotions in the store
