All the sales and assistance manager Serena was amazing

everything was fine..but perfect is a stretch. I loved the customer service. I love my bracelet but there could’ve been more.

Honestly everything was great. The people were friendly and there was a calm environment. Although, there is an issue I’m having with my bracelet, I think it’s just the right size but that’s the problem. I like to have it not cling so much to my wrist but that’s my fault for not letting the employees know. So I’ll be going back to get it resized but overall they were top notch in helping the customers.

Some of the prices weren't listed so I was charged something that was similar but was different altogether. I had to.leave thebstore to use my phone for google pay.

Sometimes, we have to wait as too many customers. Not enough staff.

Parking is not available

Only 2 workers on NYE so it was over a 45 min wait time considering my wife and I arrived only 30 mins after the store opened and was the 3rd customer.

Nothing is perfect

Well the bracelet I bought I wanted it engraved but for that bracelet to be engraved they didn’t have the software to do it and that was very disappointing and I had to return it
