I like how involved Aaliyah, the sales associate, was in helping me find what I was looking for. She educated me on some things and I had a moment where I struggled to close the snap on my bracelet once it was on but she helped me without me having to ask. Maybe they do that to every one but its still appreciated. So thanks Aaliyah

The associate that assisted us was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and took the extra steps to ensure we were doing the right thing. I was buying a bracelet as a going away gift for a coworker and I had no idea how to determine size, etc. She took extra time to walk me through everything and the size she selected just from what I could describe was spot on perfect. It fit my coworker exactly as it should. I was very impressed not to mention I walked out of the store feeling very relieved and without worries. I will return here for my holiday shopping as well.

This was the first time I had to come in and exchange an item because on of my charms broke. I was not sure of how things would go or what the process was. Wendy was awesome in the ease of my exchange process.

I walked in on a rainy, cold Monday afternoon and I knew exactly what I wanted. The store was busy but not 'crazy-busy,' which created a more-relaxed vibe. I didn't even need to sign in, but was greeted by 2 different associates...one asked me what I was looking for, the other offered me water. Very sweet. The girls helping me indicated the charm I wanted was no longer available, but suggested 3 others that I might like! I did! I bought one of the ones she suggested! My salesgirl didn't flinch when I presented a coupon. She was HAPPY that I had one! She didn't act like "I was being cheap." I ended up buying an additional pair of earrings for my little niece b/c of her suggestion; mind you...Nadine was professional, efficient and quick. NOT pushy, rude or hurried. She checked me out in no-time-flat too. I felt good, satisfied with my purchase and happy with my visit to THIS Pandora store!!!

As usual when i walk into the store I am always greeted by at least one or more associates. They work as a team. I got exactly what i came in for with not pressure to buy extra.

I was going to purchase from a different location initially but I left because they were really rude. This pandora rectified the horrible experience I had at the first one.
