While visiting Chicago, I purchased a Chicago charm from this location!! Nadine was very helpful in showing us the different Chicago charms!

I walked into the store and a representative was immediatly available to assist me. I didn’t have a picture of what I wanted, but she knew exactly the ring I was describing.

The sales ladies were helpful but not pushy. They were very patient while I decided which charms I wanted.

I was highly satisfied with this Pandora experience because the people at the store received me very well and assisted me on anything I asked for. The store was absolutely amazing and I liked the item I purchased for my girlfriend. Overall, my experience was really good because I got exactly what I thought about getting.

This is probably one of the only stores I truly LOVE to shop at! The staff is nice, efficient and I am always promptly greeted. I am offered a bottle a water and the 'vibe' is always fun!

The customer service was fabulous. I felt like a priority. I will return to this store to shop again.

This was my first time at pandora store. I was very happy with the service and how they helped me find a gift. The beaclet i got my wife is very beautiful and love the selections in store.

The salesperson was so nice to me. Also, my English was not too well but the salesperson can speak Chinese. So I was so happy and easy to find my product as I want.

Your sales assistant was very friendly and helped me to pick out a souvenir for my visit to Chicago and a Disney gift for my 8 year old niece.
