1.Each bead has a special meaning and is very innovative and unforgettable. 2.The clerk was very enthusiastic and explained to me patiently. 3.I chose the most basic bangles and beads (ALE), but it's really beautiful.

When I walked into the store I was greeted right away by the staff. I told them it was a special occasion....my mothers borthday and I wanted to get something special for her. The saleswoman was super helpful. I was able to find my mother a couple of great charms. Thank you!

Crew was attentive but not pushy while I looked around. I asked for a specific ring and Monique knew exactly where to get it from instantly. At the time there were 4 that I saw as the crew, all were taking care of customers and not one of the crew made faces demeaning those that they were assisting. I entered looking for something specific and wasn't forced to try to get anything else.

The staff where very friendly and they knew their product. The shop was welcoming and pleasant to shop in. Would recommend as the overall experience was fun. Unfortunately will not be returning to this store shortly as we live in London, England and our visit was to Chicago, Ilinois.

The staff was really nice and the sales lady that I had was really sweet. The sale was awesome and I've already told all my friends to make sure they get in there today before the sale ends!
