The customer service was exceptional. Although there were a lot of customers coming in, I didn’t have to wait very long. The sales associates were very nice and very helpful.

To start off as soon as I walk into the establishment I was professionally greeted with a genuine warm smile and the kind of nice you would to experience whenever you walk into a store. My representative was very nice and easy going and very knowledgeable of the merchandise. Excellent experience!

This was my first visit to Pandora to get a gift for my sister. I called and talked to Wendy who made my visit simple and enjoyable. I was able to hold some charms/spacers that I was interested in so that I could easily come in and decide which ones I wanted to purchase. Wendy was there when I arrived and was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my visit and felt very valued as a customer.

The employees were very helpful they offered water they were patient while you make your selection and the waiting wasn't very long
