Love this Pandora store at water tower place.unfortunately only shop there once or twice a year.was able to purchase on line from a different Pandora wweb site as could not view any charms directly from water tower.

I didn’t have to wait that long for a sales associate. She didn’t pressure me to buy things I didn’t want. Overall is was a very pleasant experience.

It would have been nicer it the merchandise had been wiped off after the purchase was made

I received a Pandora gift card for Christmas so I visited this location to use it. The sales associate, Karina, was so helpful and pleasant. I wanted the best value for my GC and Karina showed me a lot of charms and bracelets that were 45% off. She was also helpful in showing me different styles as I had no idea where to start or what I wanted.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped me pick the perfect gift. The store was clean and well kept

Upon entering the store every salesperson there that I encountered gave their undivided attention. The store was crowded by the wait was a problem because they made you felt very welcoming.
