The sales associate was empathic to my issue. The manager and the store associate worked effectively and efficiently to assist me.

Brittany my sales associate was helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient as this was my first Pandora experience. I’m pleased and would recommend her.

My sales associate Nadine F was very friendly and provided me with the exact items I requested and had very good suggestions for other items that I purchased. She explained the care of the bracelet I purchased. This was something I never experienced in other locations. She even went above and beyond to call me after I left the store to inquire and instruct me on how to position my clips due to her repositioning them for proper cleaning on my current bracelet I had cleaned. That above and beyond service call prompt me to take the survey. Best sales person i have experienced at a Pandora location

I was very happy to discover that this Pandora store had a larger selection/availability of items while other stores have items that are sold out or out of stock. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for! The items that I purchased here weren't even in stock online!!!!
