It was my first experience with walking into an actual Pandora store while I was visiting the Water Tower in Chicago. The lady behind the counter gave me all kinds of information on how the stores will polish my bracelet and also how they warranty the charm. I had no idea and was happy with the new knowledge :-)

The different options given to make the bracelet I'm building were amazing. Her knowledge of combination and styles to choose from was excellent. Nadine Flores is my design specialist.. Great service and exceeds my expectations everytime!!
