The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had been thinking about purchasing a Pandora bracelet for some time and at first I had planned on just looking at the items but the sales person did such a good job of explaining about the bracelets, showing me the various styles and I decided that there was no better time than the present to purchase and just spoil myself for a change.

All the staff were really nice, ccourteous and helpful. They made my shopping experience easy and fun.

The high knowledge of the sales associate about the merchandise I was looking to purchase and also the patience of the sales associate while I was trying to make up my mind about the different charms. The prompt service when I first went into the store and also I was given a pen because I wanted to record my purchase in my check register.
