A relative and myself went looking for additional mother's day gifts and the store was a bit crowded, but that was to be expected because of the upcoming holiday. To my surprise we were immediately greeted upon entry to the store with bottled water and information about merchandise and current discounts and sales. I was very impressed by the customer service overall the entire visit.

I was highly satisfied with the efficiency of the service that was provided, seeing that I was a first time customer. The Salesperson knowledge of the merchandise was exceptional seeing that there was a variety to choose from. I chose the charms out of the catalog and written them on paper to bring with and I was amazed that after only 1 glance that salesperson came back with all (4) charms. Five was written down however, the store had sold out of the 5th one. If that don't set standards then I'm not sure what will. So that is why I deemed my shopping experience to be Highly Satisfactory.
